An avid runner with aspirations to compete in marathons in-between treating her devoted clients, Wendy Lee focuses on injury prevention and rehabilitation recovery, using such techniques as sports tapping, craniofacial therapy, deep tissue massage, exercise rehabilitation and clinical sports massage. She also treats non-run related health problems, in addition to targeted sports injuries.
As a certified sports therapist and member of the Sports Massage Association with more than a decade of experience, Lee’s ITEC sports massage and holistic massage credentials make her an expert in all aspects of remediating soft tissue injuries, pains and strains—there’s not a sport or activity she hasn’t studied assiduously enough to diagnose and treat.

With 13 years of accumulative experience in exercise science, musculoskeletal injury management, and metabolic health, Syafiq holds a Master of Public Health and adopts an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to helping individuals improve their health, function, and quality of life.
His areas of expertise include sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic disease management, weight management, and exercise prescription. As a marathon runner for over 13 years, Syafiq advocates healthy living through both professional practice and personal example.
Currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), his research focuses on reducing obesity and improving metabolic health among the Malay-Muslim community in Singapore. He is also an experienced motivational speaker, delivering health talks to diverse audiences.
