Whether you are an athlete or just physically active, a sports massage helps drain away fatigue, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and overall prepare you for peak performance. It can also help prevent those trivial injuries that get in the way of your performance.
*It is highly recommended to rest the following day after a massage. Recovery takes 24hrs to 48hrs for full enhanced performance. When muscles get massaged, micro tears happen to the muscles which natural growth takes place after.
